Jih-Shian Yeo has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on international capital markets transactions and other corporate and securities-related matters, and has led on numerous landmark transactions in the Asia Pacific Region. His practice has focused on international securities matters, including international equity and debt offerings and the representation of non-U.S. based companies in transactions involving United States federal securities laws.
